General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Since you have a history of hypertension & now you have elevated level of creatine your Nephrologist has prescribed you Eziday(Losartan potassium) because this medicine works well to treat diabetic nephropathy with increased creatine in patients with a history of hypertension.

However, if you are uncomfortable or have discomforts inform your treating doctor without delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
