i am a diabetic patient for the past e12 years or so.i take insulin R and lanctus injections regularly.of late my blood sugar level and serum creatine had shot up. fasting sugar 180mg/dl,pp sugar250,creatine 1.9.does the above indicate that my kidneys are damaged?
