Hi,

Femara and Menogon injection help in maturity and release of mattered ovum. This facilitates conception, when unprotected sex is attempted around ovulation day. You do have a chance to conceive with this combination. Be under care of your doctor for further treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
