General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it does help to conceive. Fertomid (clomifene) is commonly prescribed to treat female infertility. It acts by inducing egg production in women who are not able to ovulate due to certain medical conditions. So, continue taking it as prescribed and have regular sex (2-3) times weekly to increase the chances of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
