Does Gabapentin Interact With Tramadol And Hydrocodone?

I was checking for drug interactions when taking Gabapentin oral, Tramadol oral, & Hydrocodone-Acetaminophin. I took the Gabapentin & Tramadol over 4 hours ago. I want to take the Hydrocodone now. I ve been having severe sciatic nerve pain & need relief.

Hello,

Hydrocodone is the same pharmacological class as tramadol. I would not recommend taking these drugs concomitantly. Instead, I would recommend taking diclofenac or any other painkillers.
