Does Glycomet Trio 1 Help With Diabetes?

I am 45 year old Male diabetic patient since last 3-4 years I am taking Amaryl 1 mg before breakfast, Gluconorm SR 1000mg, Ecosprin AV 75, Zincovit after dinner. My Hba1c is 7.4 My tryglyceride is 184 I am thinking of changing my medicine to Glycomet trio 1. Please guide me.

Glycomet trio is a combination of 3 diabetic medicine . Don't change medication just on HBA1c level. Your fasting and post prandial blood sugars needs to be considered while changing to different medicine. Kindly get it done and revert back . I will let you know if you can change.
