Does HCG Diet Drops Cause Anemia?

I m on my second six week round of HCG diet drops (homeopathic). The first round I lost 24 pounds in 5 weeks. This time I am on week two and I ve lost 10 pounds in the past 9 days. I am getting lightheaded, almost to the point of passing out when I stand up and walk (I had this before when I was pregnant so I assume it is just the HCG). I am also having a slight pain in my RUQ near where my liver would be but I think it is my ribs, although I am not sure. Is this normal? Also can HCG cause anemia, I think that might be the case, my doctors have thought I ve had a mild form a anemia since I got pregnant and miscarried 4 years ago.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion HCG doesn't cause anaemia.I suggest you to check your HB level as anaemia might be the cause for your symptoms.Low blood sugars also might be the cause so I suggest you to eat food in small quantities every 2 hourly. Also check your BP as low BPm also cause fainting attacks.Take healthy nutrition diet and adequate fluids upto 3 litres.
