HI,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your health.

As per your history, you have a phyrangial wart, if it is more then 3 weeks old, associated with HPV 16 which it seems to is, painless, hard and numb, it can be a dangerous lesion Evan a malignant tumor.

You need to go for an excisional biopsy (removal of lesion and get its histopathology done.

Even if it is malignant cancerous lesion at an early diagnosis it can be treated and have better prognosis.
You must not waste time online searching.

Hope you will understand my opinion, incase any further help you can write to us we will be happy to help.

Regards
Dr Muzaffar Hussain Parray.
