Does HPV2 Infection Cause Sore Throat And Body Ache?

I have been sick for almost a week. I have a sore throat with white patches, body aches and very fatigue. I went to the dr last Friday and tonight. I am on a z pac and methylprednisolone. I still feel horrible. I was diagnosed with HPV 2 weeks ago and was wondering if this has anything to do with why I still feel so bad since it lowers your immune system?

Please could you explain if you have HPV diagnosed in your throat or genital. These symptoms could be related with HPV if you have HPV in your throat but not in genital part.
