Does HSV Transmission Occur After An Unprotected Sex?
I am male. 6 months ago had unprotected sex probably four times over a month or so with female who I have since found out has HSV. She has told me that at time of our sexual encounters she was not and had not for quite a while had any active outbreaks. Do I automatically now have HSV? I have no symptoms at all 6 month later.

Thank you for query.Hsv can be transmitted through skin to skin or oral or genital contacts.it depends on infectivity state of individual at the time of contact, protectives and precautions used.
