Does Hepatitis Vaccine Affect The Immune System?

Hello, I am a 43 year old women, and have been suffering from Chronic Sinusitis for a year now. And finally will be seeing an ENT tomarrow. When this started it hit hard and fast, only 3 days after receiving my 3rd dose of Hepatitis vaccine. I even ended up with losing my voice for three week s. Could this have compromised my immune system causing this?
