Does I-Pill Have Any Side Effect That Involves Internal Bleeding?

Okay so I had sex last week with my boyfriend and the condom broke so he got me the plan B one-step morning pill the next day which was like 9 hours later and I didn t have any symptoms or anything and yesterday we had sex again and then I felt funny so we went to go take a pregnancy test. it came back negative but I started bleeding I had all of the side effects from the pill which was taken last week and I had my I just finished my period 2 weeks ago and I don t know if I m on my period again or if I m internally bleeding is there something I can take or how can I tell the difference I ve also been drinking a lot of water

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Plan B pill contain high progesterone pill and it cause intermenstrual bleeding.
It is progesterone withdrawal bleeding.
So it will goes off with in 2-4 days.
It is slight less compare to normal menstrual bleeding.
It is brownish to dark red in color.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
Use condom in future to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
