Does I-Pill Intake Cause Constipation, Severe Cold And Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

Am 24 years old...i had my last period on 4th of june...but unluckily i had to use ipill on 9th of june..i m not sure of the date actually...after sime days i caught cold which was mild in d beginning but it got severe after a few days and lasted for a week accompaibed by cough,constipation...actually the day before my constipation started i drank 4glasses of whisky and some chicken which caused acidity...as a result of which i took a pill...ok coming on to my question...i still had constipation for some days...but now its ok...i have vaginal discharge but its just normal..its yellowish coloured...i even had a home urine test...it showed me negative...but its 3days now m not having my periods...m tensed...and today m even experiencing some kind of mild head ache...please help me out...
