Does I-pill Cause Any Health Issues Or Infertility?

hi my age is 20 and i slept twice with my bf....once when i was 19 and then 6 -7 mnths later...i had i-pill both the time...my periods are always irregular but this time it has been almost 3 mnths ....do you think its due to i-pill or am i turning infertile....am i gona suffer from any health problems due to this?? please i need a reply...i am really worried
