Hello ma'am and welcome.

If at all the ipill has not served its purpose, then you cannot take the pill now as it is not effective afrer 72 hours. But if you decide to continue with the pregnancy, then do not worry. The ipill does not affect the childs brain development.

Please meet a doctor for further clarifications. Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
