Does I-pill Intake Lead To Irregular Periods?

Yesterday while having sex, me and my wife were in woman on top position. I did wear a condom and came in it when in her then I asked her to stand up so that I can remove the condom off my penis. Once she did get up I saw the condom was not on my penis and it was in her vagina since my penis had gone flaccid hence it got loose. Some semen fell from the condom when it was inside her.
I removed the the condom as soon as I saw it inside her.
So my question is... is there any way my wife got pregnant? coz we don't want a baby now.
And my wife is also scared to take ipill since she thinks it might make her not have babies in future. She hasn't taken any ipills ever.
Will taking ipill right now affect her future in anyway? And what about her periods? Because I have heard ipill makes periods irregular... is the irregular periods just for the next periods or all the periods she will get in future?...
Please answer asap coz i want her to take the ipill within an hour now coz it is over 24 hours now.
