Does IUD Cause Headache,dizziness,nausea & Abdominal Pain?
I have an IUD for over a year. I have a headache, dizziness, nausea, and low left abdominal pain. The pain is steady and intense, and just started today. No fever at this time, and pregnancy test is negative. What could this be? Is it necessary to go to a dr?
