Does IUD Cause Lymphnode Swelling And Groin Pain?

I recently had the ParaGuard IUD placed. I have had 2 periods so far. I have noticed pain in my groin that I talked to my Ob/Gyn about. After palpation of the area she said it was a swollen lymph node. This was a month ago. For two days I have had some tenderness on both sides of my groin and my arm pits, which i am assuming is due to swollen lymph nodes. I have no other systemic signs or symptoms of infection. Could this be due to the IUD? My period is due in a few days.
