Does Ibuprofen Increase Diarrhea?

Hi I'm currently taking a 10mg daily dose of Citalopram, I have also taken a few Ibuprofen's in the last couple of days as I have had episodes of diarroea and bad stomach pains I have felt that the pains and diarroea have gotten worse, could the Ibuprofen be making the symptoms worse?
