Does Implanon Cause Hair Loss?

I was put on Bredan35 birth control by dermatologist because I had alopecia. I switched to Implanon for more convenient birth control but now having problems with hair loss again. The Brendan35 did some what work. Does Implanon have same androgenic effect?
