Does Kenacort Shot Cause Increase In Menstrual Cycle Frequency?

I am a 16 year old girl.i have been taking kenacort shots on both of my ears since 3 months after getting these injection i started having multiple periods in a month like period arrive just 15 days before the cycle .Is it a sideeffect of this medication?
