Does LBBB Cause Shortness Of Breath While Walking?
I m a 44 year old male in the Army diagnosed with LBBB (HT 65 ; WT 185). I ve been getting a shortness of breath just walking up steps or carrying a bag on my back or in my hand. I haven t been able to get my run speed back into gear for the last 1.5 years. Is this a result of LBBB?

LBBB itself doesn't cause such complaints, but there may be structural abnormalities besides LBBB. I would advise you to have echocardiography done, it will reveal structural abnormalities of heart if there are any. If echocardiography comes back normal, then your complaints aren't caused by heart.
