Does Lacto Calamine Lotion Reduce Acne In Baby?

hello, my baby (6 weeks old) has acne. He got it about 3 weeks ago, I have been using Aveeno baby lotion, but the acne still has not gone away, though the redness is gone. Is it safe to use lactocalamine lotion for this, and will it help get rid of baby acne?

The odour of Lactocalamine lotion is too strong for the baby..
Do confirm with a pediatrician whether they are acne or not and if they are use the medicine prescribed by a pediatrician..
