Does Lamotrigine Cause Skin Rashes?

I've been taking 50mg of Lamotrigine for 2 weeks 2 days ago I started 100 mg. I have not a sore throat but a stiffness in my neck and a rash I've looked online because I wanted to know what it looks like because its hard to tell whether its the rash associated with taking the pill or psoriasis flare up, Is this something that needs immediate attention
