General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Levofloxacin is not related to pain along sciatic nerve and its separate issues as spinal cord compression at Cauda Equina or others must be considered separately. The exhaustion and inability to walk for 20 feet do indicate compromised cardiac output from various reasons as congestive heart failure or others. Needs an expert physician visit for best evaluation and further guidelines accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
