Does Levonelle Causes Irregular Brown Spotting?

Hi I took Levonelle 3 weeks ago, and I had my period 1 week later (which was actually 1 week earlier than my normal cycle which is normally around 30 days). My period lasted 7 days, and immediately after, I had some brown spotting and discharge for 8 days (sometimes there was some red). Today (the 9th day after my period came), I have my period again. This means my cycle after Levonelle was only 11 days. Is it normal for Levonelle to do this?
