Does Lisinopril Cause Delayed Periods?

I have been taking Lisinopril twice a day 10mg and Carvedilol 12.5 once a day for high blood pressure. I am 41 years old. My period has been regular all my life. My period did not come this month, I know there is no possibility of pregnancy. I believe its due to medication. Is this dangerous?
