Does Loestrin Cause Light Menstrual Bleeding?

I am 20 years old and have been taking Loestrin 24 for about 6 months now. Ever since I started taking the pill my periods have been very very light and just brown smudge. However, I was supposed to get my period two days ago and it is still not here. Should I be worried that I could be pregnant?
