Does Losartan Cause Tiredness And Lethargy?

I take Losartan along with a beta blocker. I have a moderate case of crohns. I also take Synthroid and nexium plus zocor aat night. I feel tatigued most of the day. What is causing that tiredness. I am 84 years old. A recent blood workup was normal.

Hello,

The tiredness may be possibly caused by low iron and iron deficiency anemia.
Another cause may be Hypothyroidism or low thyroid. In this case, you may need to check even thyroid hormone levels.
