Does Macrobid Cause Any Damage And How Should It Be Investigated?

I am 80 yr old white female, wt: 133. BP: 112/71/62. Recent AST 55
ALT 35. I was on Macrobid 100mg daily for two years; urologist said it may have caused damage. Taking 10mg Crestor every other day. Should I get a scan, ultrasound, or do something more than blood work?
