Does Marfan Syndrome Cause Short Term Memory Loss?

I have been diagnosned with Marfan Syndrome since age 16. I am now 40 and have had 3 lung surgeries and 2 open heart surgies in that time. But in the past few months I have been experiencing alot of short term memory loss which has me really concerned. Is there a conection between the two?
