Does Marijuana Help Treat Gastrointestinal Disorders?

My friend is anemic and her liver does not work. She is lactose intolerant and is becoming intolerant to soy. Her body can not digest anything other than turkey and chicken. Would cannabis help her in any way? She is too stubborn to go to the doctor and I want to find a way to help her feel better.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Cannabis (marijuana) is a psychoactive drug or medicine.
It is often consumed for its mental and physical effects, like heightened mood, relaxation and an increase in appetite.
It has these side effects, which include a decrease in short-term memory, dry mouth, impaired motor skills, red eyes and feelings of paranoia or anxiety.
It does not do any better to help gastrointestinal disorders.
Your friend can consume many lactose-free foods available in the market and other foods which are easily digestible.
Kindly consult a Nutritionist for evaluation and advise regarding the same.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
