Does Megastrol Lead To Irregular Menstrual Cycles?

I'm taking Megestrol acetate oral suspension 40 mg/ml for a week, but I heard that it will cause adverse effects like hirsutism and irregular menstrual cycles.I got those symptoms already. I dont know when I took megestrol, whether those symptom will increase much more. I really want to gain weight because I'm 23 years old, 5.1 ft, but I just weigh 80 lb. I need your advice, doctor, please. Thank you
