Does Microgestin Fe Effectively Treat Endometriosis And Adenomyosis?

I m 35 yrs old. 4 11 and weigh 105 lbs. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I was prescribed to take microgestin fe 1/20. Is this the most effective one? Now how do I take them? Do I need to take the brown pills or continue to the next pack? I have been taking it for 7 mos now. thank you.
