Does Microgynon Affect Fertility?

hi doctor iv stopped using microgynon over the last 4 months and ever since trying for a baby but i still havent concieved yet, so i was wondering does microgynon affect fertility? i also did a pregnancy test at home which showed i wasn't pregnant but i still haven't started my periods and im feeling dizzy and body aches, so how accurate are these home tests?
