Does Mild MVP With MR Grade 1 Seen During 2D Eco Mean Any Heart Problem ?

I have undergone complete health check Up. Everything is fine other than Mild MVP with MR Grade 1 is seen during 2D Eco. My TMT is showing Fair Tolerance, EF 65-70% ECG is perfect BP 130/80 and Pulse 79. Am I in any disease of Heart . Am I exposed to sudden death? I have read articles on this and feeling scared. I am 43 years.

MVP with MR usually not serious problem as it is mild grade 1 ,this some time can cause palpitations and chest pain. mostly no drug is required but sometime Beta blocker may used if needed and life threatning disorder of heart is rare but a bit more chance then normal heart. if worried consult your physician
