Does Misoprostol Cause Only Mild Cramps And Spotting?

Hi I took misoprostol at 2:50 pm and started to bleed lightly after about an hour of really bad cramps, the spotting lasted about an hour but has stopped, is the bleeding going to come back? Is it normal for the cramps and spotting to go away for a while?

Misoprostol is a drug that causes contraction of uterine muscles, this leads to cramps after taking this tablet.
If you have taken it for inducing abortion; right dose is - Tab MIFEGEST 200 mg followed by Tab MISOPROSTOL 800 mcg after 48 hours. This helps to get complete abortion.
For pain, I will suggest TAb BUSCOPAN as needed.
