Does Mometasone Furoate Cause Feet Itchiness As A Side Effect?

I have sudden itchiness at the bottom of my feet. It has no redness. However the itchiness is quite unbearable. What can be the cause? I ve started using Nasonex (Mometasone Furoate) Nasal spray for my sensitive airways since the 4th March. Can this be the cause?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering if Mometasone Furoate cause feet itchiness as a side effect . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergy , blepharitis , fungal infection or side effects of medicine . I would suggest you to wash your feet with cold water , do not apply any cosmetic , you should stop applying Mometasone Furoate cream but apply it only after recommendation of expert and take benadryl twice a day. Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with anti inflammatory or anti fungal . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist .
