Does Morphine Cause Weight Loss?
I have recently noticed some weight loss not a lot but enough that people have noticed. I have 2 questions. My doctor has put me on morphine for my back and on one side of the back of my neck there seems to be some puffiness that I notice, could one of these questions cause some weight loss?

Morphine is a prescription drug used to treat moderate to severe acute or chronic pain.
Morphine per say does not cause weight loss.
However, it can affect eating habits and appetite to cause weight loss.
