Does Naprelan Help In Treating Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue And Insomnia?

I have fybromyalgia, would Naprelan 750mg help me? I have severe chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, always weak, tired, and just in too much pain. I always feel like I have the flu, just 10 times worse, my skin hurts to the touch, my skin is always warm. I was put on Nuvigil 250 mg but my health insurance has denied the script, I m on Pain medication but never lasts more than 2 hrs. Thank you for your time.

It helps some. Exercise is actually more reliable. Naprelan can be a stomach irritant so should be taken on a full stomach.
