Does Nefrosave Forte Interact With Pyrodace Forte?

My father was diagnosed wid Anteroseptal MI a week ago.he is diabetic and presently creatinine level is 1.9.he is prescribed nefrosave forte for creatinine. Also pyrodace forte twice daily.is it good to take both the above medicines? Or only nefrosave will do.along with this he is taking lantus insulin at bedtime n other cardiac medicine as prescribed
