General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Although Neprinol Might be marketed so much for fibrosis and I won't comment on its efficiency, there are very few research projects with few conclusions over its effects over vascular function or adverse effects with particular drugs. so I won't suggest it right now.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
