Does Neurontin Cause Memory Loss And Hallucinations?

Are there long term effects of Neurontin after the drug has been d/c ed for more than a week (11days)? Particular sx.s include memory loss, confusion, somnolence, and mild hallucinations? Renal function is reduced but creatinine was, and remains, around 2.1 and BUN from 50 to 40 throughout.

Discontinuing neurontin will not cause the symptoms you are experiencing. However, given the history of renal dysfunction, I recommend getting the kidney function test redone as worsening kidney function can cause such symptoms of delirium.
