Does Nexplanon Have Any Side Effects?
Hello, I got nexplanon inserterd 2 weeks ago, and about a week ago it got really itchy (I itched it and I I shouldn t have) and that made it really red (I am sure a bath irritated it further). And now it is still itchy and a red circle at insertion and red line where the implant it, but it doesnt hurt at all and no puss! Am I rejecting it?

It can be irritation/allergy to material./previous fungal infection to the skin. Please keep the area clean &dry.
Take tab.cetrizine 1 at night for 3 days. In case of no relief /recurrence after stopping the pill. The allergy is confirmed & you need to visit your treating doctor for needful removal, as per her advice.
