Does Nexplanon Implant In My Arm Cause Wrist Pain?

Is it possible that having the Nexplanon implant put in my arm might cause pain and weakness in my wrist a week later if I have a history of shoulder tension (which at it's worst, the tension has caused ache to travel down the arms & once years ago even went so far as to cause this type of wrist pain).
