Does Nicip Cause Liver Damage?

Hi, I was given a nicip (Nimesulide) tablet for thrice a day for curing a puss filled boil .. but i found in net that this medicine has been withdrawn from market from various countries as it can cause liver damage .. so can you plz tell me should i go ahead with thismedicine or see some other doctor ?
