Does Nicotine Consumption Causes Haemoptisis,chest Pain And Insomnia?

Hi. I am currently chewing 2mg nicotine gum about 6-8 per day. My health issues are heamoptisis, chest pain on the left at the back, sleepless nights, and a couple of seizures. Is it the gum? I am a 40yr male. 115kg 1m93. Was a light smoker for 18 months. No cigs for 2 months.
