Does Norethisterone Affect The Ovulation Phase?

Does noresthisterone affect my ovulation phase?I miss 2 months of menses and the doctor prescribed me noresthisterone to kick start the period again. I took noresthisterone in january and my menses came in february. I stop taking the tablet. Im trying to get pregnant. Should i rely on the ovulation period dated from the february period or should i let it be regular first for the first few months and try again. Cos by right i should get my menses already in March, already late by 1 week. And im not pregnant. I dunno what to do. Never had issue with menses till recently.
