Does Norethisterone Help In Getting Pregnant?

Hello doc I have been planing pregnancy past 6months that was April 2016 ,as I had started to bleed after the 3 rd month of planing that was aug 2016 the spotting would start after 12th or 13 th day of my cycle for few days (max 6 day)I had to visit the doc ,initially she said it s normal as u do bleed during ovoulation ,every month I got the same answer . as my bleeding increased I went back to her n she gave me 10mg of norethisteron to be taken for 3 months as she finally noticed that it s hormonal imbalance ,I was too disapointed with her to waste my time for 3 months I changed my doc ,my new doc gave me the same tablet but with 20 mg of norethisteron for 20 days .she has asked me to go back to her once my 20 day course of tablet is over .and she wants me to do regular sonography every alternate day to see the exact date of my ovoulation .im waiting impatiently to hold my child in my arms n I don t no when my wish will come true .dear doc I want to know will I be able to conceive while taking the norethisteron tablet ? Plz help me .
