Does Nutrilite Protein Powder Contain Processed Sugars Or Carbs, And Is It Safe For My Mom With Stage 4 Cancer?

Hello doctor, my mom is suffering with stage 4 cancer.. we are giving raw diet to her , it means only and only natural sugars present in vegetables and fruits and no other carbs ..as we need to provide daily protein requirement .. we are planning to give nutri lite protien powder .. Does it contain any sugars or carbs which are processed? Is it safe for cancer patients..? Please answer my query.

Hello,

I would like to reassure you that there are many medications that we use in the fourth stage of treatment like targeted therapy and immunotherapy Regarding nutrition. This protein is very excellent for your mother’s condition and there is no danger to her as long as she is not allergic to it, that’s fine.

As for sugar, she must take it from fruits and vegetables. This is important and necessary. Ensure continuous hydration. Emotional support at this stage are very important. We must also treat the pain correctly according to her pain scale.
